PMPRB Review Closed, Kodam IX/Udayana Help Realize the Vision of National Bureaucratic Reform

BALI – DETEKSIPOST.COM – The success of tasks and increased performance in the ranks of the Indonesian Armed Forces have also encouraged reforms at the central government level which ultimately helped realize the National Bureaucratic Reform Vision, namely “The Realization of World Class Government”.
 
This was conveyed by Wakasad Lt. Gen. Agus Subiyanto, S.E., M.Sc., in his remarks read by Colonel Arm Budi Suwanto, S.Sos., as Head of the PMPRB Headquarters Review Team during the closing ceremony of the Self-Assessment Review of the Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform in the Regional Military Command IX/ Udayana FY 2022 in Airlangga Room Makodam IX/Udayana, Denpasar, on Thursday (1/12/2022).
 
The seriousness and enthusiasm of the participants showed that this activity was able to achieve its goals and was really needed. Therefore, Wakasad hopes that all the knowledge, experience and tips that have been conveyed through this activity can be truly applied in their respective units.
 
This PMPRB activity shows a change in the method of carrying out an evaluation, namely using a self-assessment model based on the principles of Total Quality Management and used as a method for conducting a thorough assessment and analysis of unit performance where this self-assessment method has begun to be widely used in several Ministries and State Agencies.
 
Furthermore, the Regional Military Commander IX/Udayana Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., in his remarks delivered by Kasdam IX/Udayana Brigadier General TNI Sachono, S.H., M.Sc., thanked the Team Leader and his entourage for carrying out the task well and smoothly .
 
In order to improve the implementation of Bureaucratic Reform at the IX/Udayana Regional Military Command, directions, directions and guidance from the Team are needed by each unit field. The Pangdam hopes that the Heads/Commanders will immediately take steps and action to resolve any problems that are being corrected by the Team.
 
“Follow, observe and carry out careful supervision in the implementation of Bureaucratic Reform in each work unit according to their functions and responsibilities, so that in the future the implementation of the Bureaucratic Reform of the Indonesian Armed Forces at the Kodam IX/Udayana can run effectively, efficiently, transparently and accountably,” Commander said.
