Togar admitted that he had previously found evidence of illegal acts by the suspected LS, such as evidence of fake invoices and fake PT DVM logos, where all of the evidence had been brought to Bareskrim.
 
“I got real proof. He (LS) paid for this (fictitious invoice-ed), I got this from him, he said it, claiming to be the owner. There is an LS signature, no (original PT DVM invoice-ed), those are all accounts in Dubai,” he added.
 
Togar’s client, Fannie, is a former Miss Indonesia 2002 Friendship from Irian Jaya. It was explained that Fannie and LS et al were previously partners in the management of The Double View Mansions Bali Hotel.
 
“LS was previously a partner of overpayments, agreed to help for the construction of this property (Hotel The Double View Mansions Bali-red). Of the 40 rooms sold, 15 rooms with 11 owner status will be qua status. So, the status of 15 rooms will be cancelled,” he explained.
 
Togar suspected that the LS suspect printed invoices and transactions abroad, where he sold rooms worth billions. At the beginning of the LS against Fannie, it was rumored that he wanted to become an investor, unfortunately his client did not receive any funds. Then there were findings of transactions of up to IDR 27 billion not entering the PT DVM account, but entering the Dubai account.
 
“LS wants to be an investor, but there is no investment here, not even a single silver. The Regional Office had reprimanded Mrs. Fannie (August 2022), where Ms. Fannie paid more than IDR 2 billion in taxes, there was a transaction of IDR 27 billion, it went to PT DVM, you know PT DVM is in Bali, not the one in Dubai. Finally it was discovered that money was going abroad, without coming here (Bali). It turns out that we have seen the deeds according to the invoice, the deed here is IDR 500 million, but it is suspected that what entered the account in Dubai reached IDR 1.5 to IDR 5 billion,” he said.
