Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Indonesia, Mr. Ouadia Benabdellah, please grant the certificate

IMG_20210208_095811968 – Jakarta – Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Indonesia, Mr. Ouadia Benabdellah, is pleased to award certificates of appreciation to 218 mass media throughout Indonesia for their participation and cooperation in the news that has been carried out so far, particularly in reporting the recognition of the United States of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Morocco over the Western Sahara region. The award ceremony was held on Thursday, February 7, 2021, at the Royal Embassy of Morocco, Jl. Denpasar Raya No. 1, Kuningan, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta.
Present at the award ceremony, Ambassador Mr. Ouadia Benabdellah, Deputy Ambassador Mr. Mounir Belayachi, along with several diplomats and staff from the Moroccan Embassy. In addition, the Chairperson of the Indonesian Citizens Association (PPWI), Wilson Lalengke, was also seen as President of the Indonesian Sahara Moroccan Brotherhood (Persisma).

The leaders of these media were present at the Embassy of Morocco to receive their award directly from Ambassador Ouadia Benabdellah.
In her remarks, Ouadia Benabdellah expressed her gratitude and high appreciation to PPWI and all ranks of media managers in Indonesia who have helped disseminate information from the Government and the people of Morocco to all levels of Indonesian society. “On behalf of all my staffs and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, I thank you so much for your kind participation to publish information from my office. I am really proud of PPWI and all media that cooperate with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco here in Jakarta, “said Ambassador Ouadia Benabdellah.
In his remarks, the Ambassador also hoped that the cooperation between the Embassy and the media in Indonesia would be even stronger in the future, especially in order to build a better relationship between the people of the two nations, Morocco and Indonesia. The Ambassador also said that his party planned to hold events with the media at least once a year in the future. “I hope we can arrange such an event once a year,” he said, which was greeted with applause from the participants.
PPWI Ketum Wilson Lalengke, in his introduction at the beginning of this event, expressed his gratitude for the permission of the Moroccan Ambassador to give appreciation and appreciation to the media in Indonesia. Wilson also explained that this awarding event was the second time, after 10 years ago, to be precise in 2011, the PPWI and the Moroccan Embassy held an event to award prizes and awards to the winners of the writing competition with the theme ‘Indonesian-Moroccan Relations: Past, Present and in the future’.

In 2011 we did event of writing competition about the relationship between Indonesia and Morocco, and we invited the winners to receive the trophies and certificates from the Ambassador of Morocco and Indonesia. Today, after ten years, we are making event again to receive certificates from Your Excellency. We are so excited and proud of you and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco. Thank you very much, ”said Wilson Lalengke.
