Cafe area of 12 acres was driven by Yuliya Yushkevich from Ukraine and
Russian Maksim Krasyuk. They are married couples who develop culinary business in Bali.
Yuliya explains, the excellent culinary served at Usha Cafe & Bakery, among others, the cake that he made himself. That product, Sneakers Cheesecake, Napoleon Cake and Honey Cake with Blackcurrant. The dish was served with black tea with a distinctive flavor.
“At first I often make cookies for my husband and keep trying it until finally someone suggested that I open the cake shop and finally I get a good location to open our business in Ubud,” explained Yuliya, Friday, July 27, 2018.
In addition to High Tea Menu, there is also a main menu called Eastern European Home Dining Experience. The menu consists of Salmon Soup as an appetizer, Dumpling with Cabbage which is mixed with Cheburek dish with vegetable and cheese as main course and dessert that is Dor Blue Cheese and Hazelnut.
In addition, another distinguishing value from eastern European culinary shops, Usha Cafe and Bakery also serves a typical Russian drink called Kvas. The non-alcoholic beverage is a fermentation of raisins and bread.
“Kvas is not alcoholic, drinking Kvas becomes a Russian habit that we present at Usha Cafe,” Yuliya added.
Usha Cafe & Bakery stands for a year Yuliya added, it will seek a breakthrough by holding events that are expected to support the production of culinary business. They will work on the Wedding organizer market and do wholesale or wholesale sales.(TIM).
