So at this time, the position of Plataran Canggu Resort Manager was entrusted to the man with Dary’s close nickname. He started his career in 2003 as a waiter and every year gets a promotion. Until in 2010, this man with one son, first held the position of General Manager in a hotel in East Java.
 
“I started my career in 2003 since graduating from college in Bandung, my first position was a waiter, a year to become a captain, another year to ride a supervisor, up to Assistan Executive Manager or GM representative, then after being proposed to be a GM in Surabaya,” he explained.
 

 
In his new place now, Daryanto admitted that the atmosphere felt was different compared to managing the previous hotel management. In Bali, he must come down directly to interact with his guests.
 
In addition, he is also required to develop new ideas so that the atmosphere and comfort of guests are always awake and at ease. Plataran Canggu, as is known, is a resort that carries a natural concept with 19 villas and 24 rooms. Guests who stay most are from Europe.
 
“Our guests are mostly couples from Europe who are honeymooners. So the comfort and tranquility of guests is a kind of guarantee that they feel at home, “said Daryanto.
 
Besides that, Daryanto also tried to build trust in his guests by listening to every input.
 
“Daryanto explained, So the voice of the customer, the voice of the customer is very important to me. I compiled the proposals and I realized everything, it could not be 100 percent, maybe there are 10 percent that I could not follow, “he explained.
 
The occupancy rate of Plataran Canggu Resort per day reaches 70 percent. It is said, until next year, 2020, bookings of villas and rooms have entered. The average guest stays spending 4 nights.
 
In July, Daryanto received the Bali Leading Green Resort award in the Canggu area for a hotel that was developed based on nature (Team).
